- Govt. School Health Project run by Govt. Hospitals & Corporation Dispensaries for 6-17 yr old children.
- Govt. ICDS project run at Anganwadi Centers for 0-5yr old children
Secondary & Tertiary health care projectsRequest for secodry and tertiary healt care from various sources are taken up as individual projects. Sources include - Camp referrals
- Children admitted in Government Hospitals through Public-Private Partnership.
- Direct Referrals through

* Corporation schools
* Hospitals
* Other districts Training and other projects- Child Guidance Clinic run at Mehta Children’s Hospital by Dr.Anuradha & team in Chennai.
- Dr.Santhosh & Ms.Rita James of Affordable Hearing Aid Centre in Madurai offers counseling, therapeutic interventions & rehabilitation to differently abled children.
- Major referrals were children with Cerebral palsy, Hearing impairment, Speech & language delay and few of them had autistic spectrum, learning disorders & mental retardation.
